Where are the QR Codes?

The QR codes are stuck on the side or front of each appliance or piece of equipment.

Do I need to add / send serial numbers?

No, the maintenance request forms already hold the unique equipment details. If you are required to enter a serial number then a field will appear on the form.

Do I need to give me restaurant address?

No, the maintenance request forms already hold this information. This support site is dedicated to your kitchen only.

What is All Equipment QR?

The All Equipment QR takes you to the full equipment list. This is for most pieces that don’t have a unique serial number or when a QR sticker can’t be added to the appliance.

One of my QR’s has fallen off?

If a QR has fallen off you can scan the All Equipment QR to go to the All Equipment list and find your piece of equipment and submit any faults.

What if my QR’s is damaged?

If a QR fails to scan and it’s for a unique piece of equipment like Grill, Sandwich Grill then please contact us. You can still find the item on the All Equipment list and submit any faults.

My Electric Knives do not have a QR sticker?

Due to health and safety we do not sticker the electric knifes. Please find them in the All Equipment list and submit a fault for each individual item. Please locate the serial number on the knife. You will see the serial number in a drop down list on the form.

What are the item numbers?

These are the sequence of numbers used on the As Installed drawing of your kitchen. You can cross check items with your as installed drawing.

My equipment doesn’t have a QR?

If the piece of equipment doesn’t have a QR code sticker you can find it on the All Equipment list and send us any questions or pictures of faults.

Can I get replacement QR’s

Yes, we can send out replacements to your area manager, general manager or site owner. Please contact us.
